Serving all five boroughs
Sidewalk sheds, pipe scaffold, suspended rigs, temporary fencing and jersey barriers – engineered, installed, maintained and struck by one crew. Filed with the DOB, inspected on schedule, off your building when the work is done.
Seven systems, one vendor, one number to call. We survey the site, engineer the solution, file it, put it up, service it while it’s standing and take it down clean.
Short-term and long-term rental of frame, tube-and-clamp and system scaffold for facade work, restoration, painting, roofing, signage and fit-outs. Delivery, erection, weekly service and dismantling included in the rate.
Pedestrian protection sheds for construction, demolition and facade inspection work , decked, lit, and built to hold the walkway open while your job runs overhead.
S-02
Tube-and-clamp built to fit the building rather than the other way around. The answer for setbacks, cornices, courtyards, bulkheads and any facade a stock frame won’t sit flat against.
S-03
Swing stages and outrigger rigs for high-rise facade, pointing, coating and window work. Rigged, drop-tested and operated under the certifications the job requires.
S-04
Pre-use, weekly and post-incident inspections with written reports and photo records , for scaffold we erected and for equipment already standing on your site.
S-05
Chain link and solid site fencing, gates, windscreen and barricades to secure the perimeter, control access and keep the public out of the work zone.
S-06
Concrete and water-filled barriers for lane closures, work-zone separation, staging areas and vehicle stand-off. Delivered, placed and repositioned as the job moves.
Paperwork, not just pipe
In New York, the scaffold is the easy part. Permits, drawings, renewals and inspection records are what keep a project moving , and what stops a violation from landing on the owner. We carry that side of it so your team can stay on the building.
DOB permit applications, drawings and sign-offs prepared and filed
Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP / Local Law 11) support from shed to swing stage
Monthly permit renewals tracked so nothing lapses mid-project
Insurance certificates issued to owners, boards, GCs and managing agents
Written inspection reports and photo documentation for your project file
Emergency erections for unsafe conditions and stop-work situations
System | Typical use | Notes |

Suspended / swing stage | High-rise pointing, coating, caulking, window and curtain wall work | Rigged from roof outriggers or parapet clamps. Drop-tested before use. |
Sidewalk shed | Pedestrian protection during construction, demolition and FISP work | Minimum eight-foot clear height, decked, lit and painted to current City requirements. |
Temporary fencing | Site perimeter, staging areas, lot security | Chain link and solid panels, gates, windscreen, post-driven or block-set. |

Survey to strike, in order
You get a project manager, not a dispatcher. Same person from the site walk through to the day the last post comes off the sidewalk.
We walk the building, measure, photograph the conditions and check access, egress, vault lines and neighboring properties.
Layout drawings and a written price with the rental term, service intervals and what's included spelled out.
Permit applications and supporting drawings prepared and filed, and adjoining-owner notices where the scope calls for them.
Delivered and built on schedule, coordinated with the GC's sequence so we're not in the way of the trade behind us.
Inspections on schedule, repairs and lighting maintained, permit renewals filed for as long as the structure stands.
Dismantled, hauled, sidewalk and facade left clean, and the close-out paperwork handed to your project file.
Who we work for
Most of our work comes from people who’ve used us before and from the managing agents who recommend us.
FISP cycles, pointing programs and shed terms that get budgeted years ahead.
Portfolio-wide pricing, certificates on file and one contact across every building.
Access and protection sequenced around your schedule, not ours.
Swing stages and pipe scaffold for masonry, terra cotta, coating and caulking crews.
Schools, hospitals and houses of worship, phased to keep buildings open and occupied.
Sheds and fencing designed to keep storefronts visible and doorways usable.

Generally yes if you're doing construction, demolition or facade work on a taller building, and in most cases where debris could reach the sidewalk below. The thresholds are set by the NYC Department of Buildings and depend on building height and the type of work. Send us the scope and address and we'll tell you what's required before you file anything.
Pricing is driven by linear footage or square footage, the height and complexity of the structure, how long it stands, site access, and whether permits and engineering are included. Sheds are usually quoted with an erection charge plus a monthly rental. We survey the site and give you a written number with the term and inclusions spelled out , no phone estimates.
Yes. We prepare and file the permit applications and supporting drawings, coordinate the sign-offs, and track monthly renewals so nothing lapses while your structure is standing. Owners and boards get copies for the project file.
Pipe scaffold , tube and clamp , is built from the ground up and can be shaped around setbacks, cornices and irregular facades. Suspended scaffold hangs from the roof on outriggers or parapet clamps and moves vertically, which makes it the practical choice on tall buildings where a ground-supported structure would be impossible or uneconomical. Height, duration and the trade doing the work usually decide it.
Straightforward jobs are often surveyed within a day or two and erected shortly after filing clears. Emergency conditions , a stop-work order, falling material, an unsafe facade , get mobilized ahead of everything else. Filing time is usually the longest variable, and we'll tell you upfront what to expect for your scope.
Yes. We perform pre-use, periodic and post-incident inspections on third-party equipment and issue written reports with photo documentation. If we find something, you get a repair recommendation and a price, not just a finding.
Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation and disability coverage, and we issue certificates naming owners, boards, managing agents and general contractors as required. Send us your insurance requirements and we'll confirm compliance before we mobilize.
